Pricing is based on your practice’s monthly case volume:
1-9 cases: $90.00 per report
10-49 cases: $85.00 per report
50+ cases: $80.00 per report
There is no fee to get started with us and there are no recurring fees.

Regular turnaround time is 3-5 business days.
Urgent turnaround time is within 24 hours. An additional fee of $25.00 applies to urgent/stat cases. At the time of submission please indicate Urgent or Stat.
All turnaround times exclude weekends and U.S. holidays.

We partner with U.S. trained and licensed Oral & Maxillofacial Radiologists across the United States to deliver thorough, timely radiology reports to your practice.
All our Oral & Maxillofacial Radiologists have received additional training and certification in CODA approved Oral & Maxillofacial Radiology Programs.

We process billing on the 1st of each month for all cases completed in the prior month. This allows us to apply a volume discount, if applicable.
We will send invoices to the e-mail address on file for your practice. You can pay the invoice through checks. Alternative online payment using a credit/debit card, ACH, or a digital wallet such as Apple Pay are accepted at an additional fee.
We cannot bill patients directly, nor can we accept payments from patients for our service

We have been told that our clients have had success billing dental and medical insurance for radiology reports. Here are commonly used procedure codes for billing insurance:
CDT/Dental: D0391 ("Interpretation of diagnostic image by a practitioner not associated with capture of the image, including report.")
CPT/Medical: 76140 ("Consultation on x-ray examination made elsewhere, written report.")
Please note that we are unable to provide support or assistance for filing insurance claims. Also, we do not file insurance claims.

Dental clinicians and imaging professionals who acquire imaging are able to request radiology reports.
Patients are not directly able to utilize our services.

Create an account for your practice on our secure portal. Our portal allows you to send your imaging to us and it allows us to provide radiology reports back to you in a HIPAA-compliant manner.
